In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use or damage.

Return Shipping

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn or washed. Additionally, any socks that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
